About Wireless Charging

1. What is qi wireless charging? How does it work?

The qi system comprises a power transmission base and a compatible receiver in a portable device. To use the system, the mobile device is placed on top of the power transmission base, which charges it via resonant inductive coupling.

2. What is the power source of the qi wireless chargers?

The qi requires an output equal or over 5V x 1.8A, all our chargers include a power adapter that's compatible.

3. What is the difference between wired and wireless charging?

The main difference is you do not need to plug before charging and unplug after charging. You simply put the phone ( with a built in qi receiver or a case ) onto the charging base.

4. What is the charging transmission distance?

We will recommend a distance not further than 2cm between the charging base and the receiver.

5. Is my phone compatible with qi wireless charging?

Some Android based phones such as Samsung S7 has the qi receiver built into the phone, you can check here to see a full list of phones that already has it built inSome Android based phones such as Samsung S7 has the qi receiver built into the phone, you can check here to see a full list of phones that already has it built in. For Apple iPhones, you need a case that has the receiver built in. In this case, for iPhone6 and 6s, you will need the Wireless Slim Jacket for your iPhone to be compatible.

6. Are your chargers qi certified?

MultiDock, LeatherDock, FabricDock, CoreStand and Slim Jacket are all qi certified and listed on the qi website.

7. Can I charge multiple devices on one wireless charging dock??

One charging dock can only charge one device at one time. At the moment if you wish to charge 2 devices at the same time, we will suggest you to purchase an additional charging dock.

8. Do you have a wireless charging case for iPad or other devices?

At the moment we only have qi wireless charging cases for iPhone6, 6s.

9. Do I need a case to enable wireless charging if I have an iPhone6??

Yes, iPhone6 and 6s don’t have the qi receiver built in so you will need our case to enable wireless charging.

10. Does the charging dock work with all qi compatible devices?

Yes, all the charging docks do work with qi compatible devices.

11. Will the chargers keep charging when the battery level has reached 100%?

The charging bases do communicate with the receiver to see if it needs to keep feeding power, when the batter is full, the feeding level becomes very low, just enough to keep the battery at it's full level.

12. Will the charging base start transmitting power if I misplaced an item on it?

FOD ( Foreign Objects Detection ) is built into qi's charging framework, it will not start transmitting power unless it received the right signals from the receiver.

13. Will it heat up during the charging process?

Mobile phones might become warmer during charging just like when you use a cable to charge.

14 . How do I start charging wirelessly with my charging bases?

For iPhone6 and 6s users, simply put on the case ( Wireless Slim Jacket ), put your phone on the charging base ( MultiDock, LeatherDock,FabricDock and CoreStand ) align the logo on the back of the case to the logo on the charging bases then charging will start. You only need to adjust MultiDock and CoreStand for the first time you charge to make sure your phone always aligns right when put onto them. LeatherDock and FabricDock are specifically designed to be identical to the shape of iPhone6 so you are most likely to drop it right on the center of LeatherDock and FabricDock.

15. Where can I use the charging bases?
Any environment that has a power outlet or a 2.1A USB outlet.

    Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of our homepage to open the search toolbar below and simply type your word into the box.

    Learning More About Products

    If you would like more information about a product you see on homicreations.com, simply click on the product image. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete description.

    Viewing Product Availability

    Most products on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Advanced Sale)

    *Please note: expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Delivery times can also increase if you choose to monogram or accent items in your order.

    Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart

    To add products to your Shopping Cart, follow these simple steps:

    • It may be necessary to choose a size and/or color for the product you want to purchase. Click on the drop-down menu under the product description to select a size and/or color. If a size or color is listed in the drop-down menu as out of stock, it is not available for purchase.
    • Enter a quantity in the field provided.
    • Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your Shopping Cart.

    Viewing Your Order Status

    You may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting you “My Account” page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get current information regarding your orders. *Please note: order information may not appear in your order history on homicreations.com for up to 24 hours.

    When you click on “My Account”, you will be prompted to sign in with your e-mail address and password. The Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

    After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be displayed. You can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order (a shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 hours). All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to DHL.

    Tracking Your Order

    At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

    Finding Your Order Status

    The status of your order is easy to find.

    • Check your e-mail: You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout, so that you may receive e-mails regarding the status of your order.
    • Visit the website: You may sign in at homicreations.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
    • Contact us: If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail.

    Making Changes to Your Shopping Cart

    You can make the following changes to your Shopping Cart:

    • Update the quantity: If you wish to update the order quantity of any product in your cart, simply type the desired quantity next to the product and click "Update Cart". 
    • Remove a product from your Shopping Cart: To remove a product, click "Remove from Cart" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart".
    • Return to shopping: If you wish to continue shopping on homicreations.com, you may click Continue Shopping. You can use the Shopping Cart to store products you wish to purchase. At any time, you can return to your cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page.

    What is Your Return Policy ?

    When you received any defects or any wrong items, please contact us at: support@homicreations.com

    [Defect of Definition]A wide range of scratches, dirt, etc. If for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Wrong Product, Color, or Size

    If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your product, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Before you contact us, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in your Order History.     Exchanging a Product

    Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the product by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip and re-order a new product at homicreations.com

     


     

     

    Change your Cancel Orders

    After you have clicked "Send My Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Instructions.
