SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice for your product(s) and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Delivery Methods

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service).

Orders Must Be Received By 12pm TST ( TST : Taiwan Standard Time )

Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) TST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Business Days

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Taiwan public holiday.

The shipping cost displayed for an individual product reflects what you can expect to pay if the product ships alone. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

You will not be billed for products purchased with a credit card until the products have shipped. You may be billed for products purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
